I woke up today feeling lighter and slimmer. Love it. I shall continue to abstain from rice. Salads and coffee for fuel at work. What i ate yesterday:
1. Steamed potato, fresh onions, tomatoes salad with sweet spicy sauce
2. Some oranges, apples, pears
3. Milo
4. Seaweed snacks
5. Organic wheat pasta with tomato pesto and minced meat
6. Water
7. Orange juice
8. Magnum infinity mini chocolate ice cream
Not in order.
I didn't go to gym today. I woke up at 6 pm. By that time the steam room is already closed. So no point. Since i'm only entitled to go twice per month, i see no point not to optimize the gym usage. Another off day i supposed. Going to work tomorrow. I'm pumped seeing my credit card bills. Scary. I'm going to have coffee and salad tomorrow. Hopefully they have other nice food in the cafeteria. Noodles, chicken or burgers would be lovely. Gonna make myself oatmeal before work. And fill-up my water bottle. 8 weeks of work, means 32 days of work. The rest is trying to stay on my diet plans. Need to get rid of my arms, belly, thighs and chin. Jia yo! To a fitter body.
