So it's 49 days to exam. Gotta start on practicing on those calculations. I am hiring my tutor again.
The formulas that i will be focusing on are:
- PORTFOLIO EXPECTED RETURN
- PORTFOLIO RISK
- CO VARIANCE & CORRELATION COEFFICIENT
- DIVIDEND YIELD + CAPITAL GAIN (CAPITAL GAIN RATES) = TOTAL RETURN
- CONSTANT GROWTH MODEL
- VALUING A DISCOUNT BOND
- WARRANTS
I am super thrilled. Let this be the finale. So anyhow, i like to update on what i eat in a day as a vegan (As in yesterday):
Breakfast - Cold glass of water to boost metabolism. A cup of black coffee. Salads/veggies.
Lunch - Fruits. Black coffee. Plenty of water.
Dinner - Oats with brown sugar and some dates and fruits.
Supper - Bread with cheese spread. (Note: White bread is more fattening than white rice)
You can have any kind of fruits and as much as you want throughout the day. Lovely, delicious fruits like apples, bananas, honeydew, jack fruit, dates, longan, rambutan, papaya, watermelon, etc. Ideally stop at 2 pm - 4 pm. Or else you will have too much energy. Once a while, you can have the detox peppermint or ginger tea which flush out toxins and increase metabolism.
For workout you can do the HIIT workout, yoga or pilates. Don't forget to wear your waist cincher with Celebrity's Choice inch loss body cream. But somehow i prefer my own workout routine. It consists of:
- Climbing stairs up to 14th floor
- 30 x sit-ups
- 30 x squats
- 30 x push-ups
- Run/jog 3/4 rounds
