6 Months Challenge
Since, I can't sleep and thinking of ways to be healthier, I'm gonna write about 6 months get healthier challenge. Here we go.
1. Take your supplements
2. Green tea
3. Apple cider vinegar
4. No fast food
5. No alcohol
6. No cigarettes
7. Run on Saturday and Sunday
8. No rice, especially at lunch. Zzzzz you snooze, you lose.
9. Sleep early or plenty
10. No soft drinks
11. Drink water. Yuck!
12. Plan your day. Plan your life.
13. No chips. Who am I kidding? I'm craving.
Hey, it's only 6 months. You can do it. Need to get duromine, you anorexic. K bye!

How to be successful at work.
1. Be overly-confident of your capabilities. Ignorance is bliss.
2. Fake it till you make it.
3. Suck up to your direct superiors.
4. Look the part. Look professional and be professional at all time. Work is work. They don't have to know your personal life.
5. Work-life balance. Work smart, not work hard dummy.
6. Always be early and have your morning coffee.
7. Act busy but know when and how to pace your time.
8. Time management. Have a check-list and do urgent and important priorities first dummy. Get a diary.
9. Go for a quick workout after work. No heavy dinner. Stay fit and healthy.
10. Take food supplements or vitamins. Like omega 3 fish oil, vitamin c, green tea, Apple cider vinegar, veggies, fruits, etc.
11. Sometimes, go for a drink after work to release stress.
12. Take holiday or vacation breaks to explore, relax and unwind.
13. If you are happy, you will be happy at work and in life too. So invest in yourself and always be in your A game.
14. If you don't like the face of your superior but you are expected to suck up to him or her, drink sweet coffee, eat chocolate or drink alcohol. So you can pretend to like your superior. Suck it up.
15. If you feel angry or upset go fruit yourself. I mean eat fruits.
16. Stock up your snacks. Coffee, Milo, green tea, Lipton tea, biscuits, Apple, Orange, vitamins, oats, chocolates, bread, tuna, instant noodles, etc.
17. Always have a jacket or cardigan for the office.
18. Prepare your stationery. Take down notes to refer. Organize your desk and computer.
19. During lunch have a hearty meal. Like mee Siam, mee rebus, Soto ayam, etc.
20. Don't be afraid to curse once a while under your breath. Work sucks, I know.
21. Collect as much certificates, compliments and awards.
22. Keep your eye on the prize. Investment, financial freedom, a house, etc.
23. Have a deadline on your savings and manage your budget.
24. If all fails, sell nasi lemak at the nearest coffee shop. Learn how to make the best nasi lemak. Till you are old enough to own your own house and live off rental.
25. Say yes you can do it and then learn how to do it like a pro.
26. Don't talk to much, just be confident AF.
27. Don't get fat.
28. Aim to be the best at your job MF.

How to lose weight effectively
2. No burgers
3. No pizza
4. No noodles
5. No instant noodles
6. No cakes
7. No soda
8. No beer
9. Run
10. Do 7 min high intensity workout
11. Have healthy sufficient sleep (e.g. sleep 12am, wake-up 7am)
12. Minimize stress
13. Drink tea
14. Minimize sugar intake

What to have for breakfast:-
1. White coffee with 1 tablespoon of sugar
2. Cream crackers (Optional)
12.30pm
What to have for lunch:-
1. 1 piece of chicken breast or fish
2. Veggies or an egg
3. Hot tea with sugar
4. Veggie/herbal soup
5. Dessert - Fruits or ice-cream
1.30pm
What to have for tea break:-
White coffee with a tablespoon of sugar
8.30pm
What to have for dinner:-
1. Hot milo
2. Cream crackers
Have hot water throughout the day at work.
If you are still hungry have more hot tea or milo with cream crackers or pringles cheese chips.
If you constantly have dry-throat, suck on hacks candy at work or bedtime.
Your weight-loss will be successful if you cut out carbs, sugar and alcohol from your meals.
And your workout will be more efficient if you do the 7 min high intensity workout.
The 7 min High Intensity Workout
(Each workout is 30 seconds long)
1. Jumping Jacks
2. Wall Squats
3. Push-ups
4. Crunch
5. Step-up
6. Squats
7. Triceps Dips
8. High Knee Run
9. Front Lunges
10. Side Plank
11. Push-up With Rotation

How to maintain good skin
2. Wash face frequently with soap
3. Have sufficient sleep (e.g. sleep 12am, wake-up 7am)
4. Drink hot tea

6. Exercise or sweat
7. Don't eat red meat, rice and any heaty foods.
8. Put on creams or face mask
9. Don't touch your face or squeeze pimples
10. Stay away from sunlight
11. Minimize stress
