Since, I can't sleep and thinking of ways to be healthier, I'm gonna write about 6 months get healthier challenge. Here we go.
1. Take your supplements
2. Green tea
3. Apple cider vinegar
4. No fast food
5. No alcohol
6. No cigarettes
7. Run on Saturday and Sunday
8. No rice, especially at lunch. Zzzzz you snooze, you lose.
9. Sleep early or plenty
10. No soft drinks
11. Drink water. Yuck!
12. Plan your day. Plan your life.
13. No chips. Who am I kidding? I'm craving.
Hey, it's only 6 months. You can do it. Need to get duromine, you anorexic. K bye!
