Back in the days, where i weighed a mere 40 kg - 41 kg.
How did i managed to lose 5 kg in just 1 month? Back then, i had no knowledge of nutrition. So i self-medicated myself as i am an avid ultimate dieter throughout my teen years. After i stopped Taekwondo, i gained weight. I was at my best when i weighed 40 kg at 12 years old. Throughout my high school years, i was 43 kg. But i was determined to be under-weight. So i opted to be 40 kg, the least. Yes, indeed i got to my goal-weight. But it was hard to maintain once i go back to having supper and eating like normal people. Years passed, i gained even more.
So this was how i lost 5 kg back then:-
1) Eat only one meal a day during mid-day like a small portion of rice and some meat. You can have a cold cup of sugary drink with your meal.
2) Have a cup of cappuccino every morning with 2 cubes of sugar. If you still feel sleepy throughout your day, take up to 4 cups a day.
3) You can have a few chips or cookies throughout the day.
4) No supper before bedtime. Just a cup of hot Milo and go straight to bed.
5) Go to gym 2 or 3 times a week or when you have time. Always use the sauna or steam room after your work-out.
Success! Your waist-line will be the smallest it has ever been. Voila! But as i started to have supper, you will realize that you can't zip-up your favorite smallest skinny jeans ever. But it's okay, 'coz big butts are in now.

So now that i know about nutrition, eliminating sugar is so miserable. I need my fix of chocolate ice-cream or a block of Parmesan cheese every now and then. Strenuous exercises just makes me eat even more. My favorite healthy meal is Parmesan oregano egg mayo toast with sweet onion sauce. And of course throw in some lettuce and olives. Wash it down with a good old coca-cola. Now i don't take meat and milk anymore. Milk makes me nauseous while, meat gives me migraine, plus i hate chewing meat. Now i know that while dieting, one should never take milk. Why the hell does babies get fat by drinking milk? Think. P.S. i watched my baby brother get fat by drinking milk. Since i can't take milk, i take hot peppermint tea before sleep instead. Or a cup of hot water will do. I know that when exam comes i tend to over-eat 'coz i need some brain-juice travel through my brain to memorize those miserable formulas. (I'm a Finance Major). Alhough i'm thinking to study Law instead. So here are my new diet/meal plan:-
1) Breakfast - Ginger detox tea, plenty of water
2) Lunch - Egg sandwich, Caesar salad or rice with veggies
3) Dinner - Peppermint detox tea
4) Go to gym and steam room twice per month
5) Slather yourself with Celebrity; Choice Inchloss Body Cream. Purchase it at Guardian Pharmacy. It's so much cheaper there. Get the regular one, the newer one is super hot and painful. There's no way you are going put it on and go to work with it. Believe me. You won't regret my word of advice.
6) Wear a waist cincher as often as you can. I read somewhere it says wear it 8 hours a day. So, good luck. I'm too lazy on some days, as most days i'm already lazy.
6) You can have chocolate mint ice cream, durian ice cream or a block of cheese if you fancy one.
